Governing terms
The Terms of Use and any transaction-specific terms govern use of BuildEx. Mandatory consumer protections and any rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain in effect. Applicable law and forum are determined under valid transaction terms and the conflict-of-law rules that apply to the parties and claim.
